Flow Search Corporation, its’ corporate owner, its predecessors, successors, heirs or assigns (colllectively, "Flow Search Corporation") are committed to protecting your privacy. Flow Search Corporation. takes the privacy of our customers ("App Creator”) and their end users ("App Users") seriously. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of privacy in mind. This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how personal information for both App Creators and App Users is collected, used, and disclosed by Flow Search Corporation. This Policy applies to the websites provided by Flow Search Corporation. (collectively the "Sites") including the Appguppy Mobile Creation Tool and Appguppy Apps. This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services that display or link to different privacy statements.
Collection and Use of Information
Flow Search Corporation. Services for App Creators:
When you use the Appguppy platform, we may request and/or collect certain information, including your first and last name, an email address and password, your cell phone number and model, and your cellular carrier to create your Customer account. We use such information to manage your account, and to provide you with access to the Appguppy platform. We may also use the information to notify you of updates to the Appguppy platform and provide you with access to special promotions.
Email Information:
We place email links on the Sites to allow both App Creators and App Users to contact us directly. The information you provide, which may include personal information, is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the Sites and the Appguppy Platform, or review and discard the information.
Analytics Information:
Flow Search Corporation. is in the process of developing and testing analytics that model how App Users use mobile applications created on the Appguppy platform, as well as how applications are performing across different handsets. Flow Search Corporation. obtains this information as a result of data being sent to our servers as App Users download apps produced and developed on Appguppy by different App Creators. The data collected includes:
• User agent,
• Platform,
• Timestamps,
• API tokens/keys as needed to connect to the appropriate external APIs,
• Application version,
• Browser cookies,
• Session start/stop time,
• Locale (specific location where a given language is spoken),
• Time zone
Cookies are mapped to an Flow Search Corporation ID.
In addition, Flow Search Corporation may collect the following data if an App User selects the option for Flow Search Corporation to collect and provide such data to Flow Search Corporation. in the future: User ID, latitude and longitude (obfuscated for iOS to state/city), gender, birthday (obfuscated by to month), events, errors, and page views.
We use "cookies" to help us process and customize information that we may present to you. A cookie is a small text file that does not personally identify users, although it does identify a user's computer. Cookies do not pose a threat to your computer, and they do not contain viruses. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change this feature in your browser.
On Android phones only, in order to ensure that our app downloads correctly, our installer may scan your browser history to check the Appguppy app URL that you entered. Aside from the Appguppy app URL that you entered, THIS INFORMATION IS NOT STORED OR TRANSMITTED TO ANYONE, INCLUDING US. We do not and will not collect or track this information.
App Creator Uploaded Content. When app creators upload content for distribution in any of our apps, it becomes publicly available and is visible to anyone for analysis, including those users to whom you distribute your app and to us. It is the responsibility of the App Creator to ensure that no private information is uploaded on our website for distribution in these apps. APPX does not accept responsibility for information uploaded to apps created through the Appguppy platform that may then be distributed to downloaders of the aforementioned app by its creator.
Phone and User Information. When you use any of our apps, we collect the following information: your mobile phone's model, operating system, the app name and version, your username (if applicable), device number (if entered), and access tokens (if applicable). If you choose to register the app, we also collect the information in the registration fields (generally, your name, phone, and/or email).
Analytics Reports:
App User data is currently collected via analytics to be presented to App Creators to analyze their applications.
Other Uses of Personal Information
Flow Search Corporation. may also use personal information collected from App Creators or App Users for the following general purposes: (1) to fulfill your requests for Appguppy Services; (2) to improve our Sites and Appguppy Services; (3) to contact you to resolve problems; (4) to send you information about Appguppy Services including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; (5) to communicate with you about products and services offered by Flow Search Corporation and our selected partners; (6) to conduct research; and (7) to make the Sites easier to use by reducing the need for you to enter information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Cookies: In order to provide you with personalized service, Flow Search Corporation uses "cookies" to keep and occasionally track information about your visits to the Sites. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes.
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies on the Sites. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Sites. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We set a persistent cookie to store your password if you choose "auto login", so you don't have to enter it more than once. We also store your display resolution and whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser to enhance the experience on the Sites. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. Web Beacons: We may collect information using Web beacons. Web beacons or "gifs", are electronic images that may be used on our Site, in our Services, or in our emails. We use Web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.
App Users May Opt-Out of Appguppy Analytic Services & Direct Notifications
App Users will be able to opt-out of Appguppy Analytics tracking for device identifiers at the time of download. APPX Inc. provides this link in this privacy policy, which is submitted to each App User at the time of download of the App Creator’s Appguppy mobile application. If an App User opts-out, Flow Search Corporation. will stop tracking data for that device identifier going forward.
How We Disclose or Share Information with Others
Except as described in this policy, Flow Search Corporation. does not rent, sell, or share personally identifiable information collected on the Sites or through the Appguppy Services with other people or nonaffiliated companies without consent, or under the following circumstances:
1. With third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do that work;
2. To comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process;
3. To protect the rights and property of Flow Search Corporation. our agents, customers, users, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use;
4. In an emergency to protect the personal safety of Flow Search Corporation., its customers, or any person;
5. In connection with or during negotiation of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
We may also share aggregated or anonymized information in a form that does not directly identify App Creators or App Users with any third parties.
How We Protect Your Information
Flow Search Corporation. makes reasonable efforts to protect your information. However, we do not guarantee our systems to be safe from hackers, trojan horses, worms, or other forms of malicious attack, including physical theft. Please keep this in mind when using this website or any of our apps.
Our Policy Regarding Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register on the Sites or for Flow Search Corporation. Services. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately at support@appguppy.com.
App Creators may not use the Appguppy Platform a) in connection with any application, advertisement or service directed towards children or b) to collect any personal information of children.
International Transfer
We may, in the process of providing services to you, transfer information that we collect about App Creators or App Users, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If App Creators or App Users are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring information and permitting the transfer of information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and the use and disclosure of information about App Creators and App Users, including personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Consent
By using our website or any of the apps developed by APPX through the Appguppy platform or any of its partners, or affiliates (collectively, "our apps"), you consent to the collection and use of information by Flow Search Corporation. as described in this privacy policy.
Removing Your Information
If you give Flow Search Corporation. your contact information over this website, and you wish to have your name removed from Flow Search Corporation.’s database, please send us an email to support@appguppy.com, and we will remove your name.
